Cancellation and rescheduling

Draft: this policy hasn’t been approved by Roma Hair Salon and the site operator yet, and must be reviewed (including for Colombian consumer and tax rules) before payments go live.

Cancellations

You can cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference. The reservation fee is non-refundable when you cancel, however far ahead you do it.

If you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can move it once and the fee you paid carries over to the new time. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, the fee is forfeited.

Late arrivals

We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that, the salon may shorten the service so the next client isn’t affected, or treat it as a no-show, in which case the reservation fee is forfeited. If you’re running late, message us on WhatsApp.

If the salon cancels

If the salon has to cancel or move your appointment, you choose: another time, or a full refund of the fee.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Colombian consumer protection law (Ley 1480 de 2011).
