The reservation fee and your booking
What is the reservation fee?
It’s 20% of the service price, paid online to reserve your appointment and secure your time. You pay the rest at Roma on the day.
When is my appointment confirmed?
As soon as you pay the reservation fee. From that moment your appointment is confirmed and that time is blocked just for you: no one else can take it. We email you the confirmation.
What if the time I want isn’t shown?
The calendar only shows open times; if a time is missing, it’s already booked. Message us on WhatsApp if you need another option.
How do I pay the rest?
The balance is paid directly to Roma Hair Salon at your appointment.
Can I change my appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Changes depend on the salon’s availability and the cancellation policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference. The reservation fee is non-refundable when you cancel, however far ahead you do it.
If you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can move it once and the fee you paid carries over to the new time. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, the fee is forfeited.
What if I arrive late?
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that, the salon may shorten the service so the next client isn’t affected, or treat it as a no-show, in which case the reservation fee is forfeited. If you’re running late, message us on WhatsApp.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
When you reserve, we clear that time in our schedule just for you and turn away anyone else who wants it. That’s why the reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule too late, or don’t show up.
It is refunded in full only if the salon has to cancel your appointment and no other time works for you. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
Salon services aren’t refunded once performed. If you’re unhappy with something, tell the salon within 7 days and they’ll look at it with you.

Which currency am I charged in?
Colombian pesos (COP). Dollar figures are estimates only; your bank applies its own exchange rate.
