Terms of service

Draft: this policy hasn’t been approved by Roma Hair Salon and the site operator yet, and must be reviewed (including for Colombian consumer and tax rules) before payments go live.

By booking on this site you accept these terms, the reservation and payment policy and the cancellation policy.

The service

This site handles appointment requests and collects the reservation fee. Beauty services are performed by Roma Hair Salon, Laureles, Medellín, which is responsible for carrying them out.

Prices

Prices are in Colombian pesos, with the reservation fee and the balance shown separately. They may change without notice, but the price of a booking you’ve already paid for is honored.

Before your appointment

Tell the salon in your booking notes about allergies, scalp sensitivity, pregnancy, medication or previous chemical services (color, bleach, straightening). For some services the salon may ask for an allergy or strand test. If your hair’s condition makes a service unsafe, the salon may recommend a different one and apply your fee to it.

Results

Results depend on your hair’s type, history and condition, so they may differ from reference photos. Color corrections and big changes can take more than one session.

At the salon

Minors must come with a responsible adult. Please keep your belongings with you; the salon isn’t liable for lost items. The salon may refuse service to anyone who behaves disrespectfully. No photos of you are posted without your permission.

Concerns and complaints

If something didn’t turn out as expected, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking email within 7 days and we’ll review it with the salon.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but errors or interruptions can happen. The site operator’s liability is limited to the reservation fee you paid.

Who collects the fee

The reservation fee is collected by the operator of this website, not by the salon. [TO CONFIRM: operator legal name / NIT and how invoices are issued.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Colombian consumer protection law (Ley 1480 de 2011).
